“脚气是由于真菌感染引起的，导致真菌感染的原因主要与不良的卫生有关。鞋子没有清洗、暴晒，袜子没有清洗，都会导致真菌感染，引发脚气；和脚气患者共用洗脚盆，共穿鞋子、袜子，也会传染脚气；长期得缺乏维生素。一旦出现脚气，建议及时的就医检查，并采取对应的抗真菌治疗。做好卫生工作，每天对鞋袜进行消毒。”
       治疗方法很多，比较常见的有以下几种：
1、使用专治脚气的药粉泡脚。取适量的药粉放入盛有开水的专用泡脚桶内，待药粉完全溶解后温度合适时泡脚30min，每日一次，连用一周。每次泡脚后要去除足部死皮，再涂抹抗真菌的软膏。
2、中药煎水熏洗泡脚。中药清水泡30min后煎煮15-20min，先熏蒸，待温度合适时再泡脚20-30min，每天两次，最后涂治脚气的药膏，坚持10天基本可以治愈。平时注意穿透气的鞋子，有利于脚部散热，穿吸汗的棉袜，不要和其他人混穿鞋袜，避免互相传染，瘙痒严重时不要用手抠脚，以免自身传染。
