时隔13年，《中小学生健康体检管理办法》重新修订。


国家卫健委面向社会公开征求意见。


征求意见稿提到，学校应每年组织1次在校学生的健康体检。


体检项目包括基本项目和可选择项目。


基本项目包含形态检查、内科检查、外科检查、耳鼻喉科检查、眼科检查、口腔科检查。


可选择项目包括眼位、色觉、听力、嗅觉、肺活量、外生殖器、胆红素等。


义务教育阶段学生健康体检的费用由学校公用经费开支。


教育部门应对健康问题学生建立档案并随访，


重点围绕肥胖、营养不良、脊柱侧弯、视力不良等健康问题开展工作。
