超声造影检查，通过静脉注射造影剂，在超声实时监测下就能分辨出胆囊息肉的性质，


特别是鉴别胆固醇性和腺瘤性息肉，超声造影检查具有比较好的准确率。


如果高度怀疑胆囊息肉有癌变的危险，还需要做CT和核磁。
