国家卫计委办公厅发布最新消息称，将调整艾滋病治疗标准，

对于我国所有的艾滋病毒感染患者，无论疾病进展到什么程度，一律将推荐免费治疗。


淋巴细胞(CD4)是检测是否感染艾滋病毒的重要指标，


中华医学会感染病学分会艾滋病学组在其编写的《艾滋病诊疗指南(第三版)》中指出，


CD4是HIV感染主要靶细胞，HIV感染人体后该细胞不断减少，免疫功能将受到损害。


一般建议对CD4大于350的无症状感染者每6个月检测1次;


300～500的患者建议每12个月检测1次;而大于500患者可选择性进行CD4检测。


淋巴细胞指数此前是确定能否实行免费抗病毒治疗的重要门槛，


“此前很多患者都要做CD4检测，确定淋巴细胞降到500以内后再进行抗病毒治疗。”


中华医学会感染病学分会艾滋病专业学组副组长、复旦大学附属公共卫生临床中心卢洪洲表示。


确定病情耗时长，不少患者还未能服药就已撒手人寰。


还有很多地区可能不具备检测的设备和条件，导致不少感染者在确诊后还需要换医疗单位检测，


不少患者失访，这造成了患者的病情继续加重，也使疫情继续扩散。


国家卫计委艾滋病防治临床专家工作组组长、性病艾滋病预防控制中心治疗与关怀室主任张福杰表示，


对艾滋病感染者统一给予抗病毒治疗，无论CD4高低意味着一旦发现艾滋病感染就可以对其进行免费治疗。


艾滋病患者目前主流的治疗方案是口服抗病毒药物，免费治疗也主要针对药物的抗病毒治疗。


2005年《国家免费艾滋病抗病毒治疗药物手册》中，


对于淋巴细胞在200~350之间的患者建议进行抗病毒治疗，但2012年最终调整为“开始治疗”。


直到2015年7月，世界卫生组织再次修改治疗指南，建议所有HIV感染者接受治疗。


中国卫计委近日表示遵照世界卫生组织的新指南。


“此前，有很多地方就已开始了所有患者免费治疗的策略”，


张福杰透露，需要接受免费治疗的患者，


由患者户口所在地的疾控负责建立档案和发放抗病毒药物，


患者前往对应属地的定点医院随访领药，


但机会性感染、肿瘤等疾病，不在免费治疗范围。
