若是男性出现不育，需要到医院检查哪些项目呢？

1.精液常规检查

精液常规检查是一项基本检查，在进行精液检查的3到5天之前夫妻应禁止同房，这项检查是不育症的必查项目，通过有关精液参数检查，可对精子基本情况了解。

2.精浆生化检查

精浆生化检查，有助于帮助医生了解，前列腺、附睾、精囊腺功能情况。患者有精液量少、少精、弱精症、无精症、不明原因的精子活动力下降等情况时，可做精浆生化检查。

3.遗传学检查

这一项检查主要是和男性不育相关联的遗传学检查项目，对其中的染色体基因进行检测。着重有性别分化、身体遗传缺陷、无精少精症、家族遗传病史以及习惯性流产要各方面检查。

4.尿液和前列腺的检查

泌尿系统感染、生殖系统感染是造成男性不育的重要原因，所以男性不育，尿液和前列腺的检查是很有必要的。比如男性患有前列腺炎，此病症容易导致精液不液化，限制了精液的活动能力，最终导致精子无法与卵子结合。除了泌尿系统的检查，还应该检查一下精索和前列腺精囊彩超等。

5.生殖内分泌激素检查

男性体内的各种激素在男性生殖活动中起着非常重要的调节作用。测定这些激素是判断男性生殖机能的一项重要的检查项目，这有助于男性学临床的诊断和治疗。
