耳石症多见于老年人，但一些经常熬夜，

作息不规律的年轻人、或是过度疲劳的白领也会患上此病。
如何鉴别自己患上耳石症?


习惯玩手机的“低头族”、长期熬夜的人群，


若在起床、睡下或翻身时出现眩晕，感觉自身或周围物体旋转，


且发作时长不超过1分钟，就应考虑到“耳石症”的可能。


手法复位加上服用药物，是目前治疗耳石症比较普遍、有效的方法。


徐丽娜介绍，手法复位是通过一系列体位改变，


使掉入半规管的耳石重新回到椭圆囊，从而达到治疗目的。


一般患者经过1—2次手法复位治疗，就能明显好转，


但耳石症也有可能因疾病引发，这就需要搭配药物治疗，减少复发。


据陕西省人民医院神经内三科李锐和杨丹介绍，


有48%~61%的患者复位后出现耳石残余症状，


如头部昏沉，头闷胀，头移动、起身时出现短暂的不稳感。


这种耳石残余症状主要是由残留耳石碎屑、耳石器功能障碍、


前庭受损、精神心理因素原因引起，一般会在三周左右缓解。


但一部分患者的残余症状会持续存在，最终发展成慢性头晕。


针对这些患者给予药物治疗改善前庭刺激症状，也可前庭康复治疗。


复位后要避免头部剧烈活动，头部过伸过仰，防止耳石再次脱落。


无论后半规管、水平半规管耳石或壶腹嵴耳石复位治疗后，


睡眠采取头高30°、健侧卧位连续三天，其目的主要在于巩固疗效，


防止已复位的耳石重新脱落进入半规管，引起症状复发。


保持大量饮水，保持半规管中体液浓度较低，容易使耳石贴服，减少耳石症的发生。


一部分耳石症患者的疾病发生与缺钙、缺乏维生素D有关，这部分患者适当补充钙。


此外，部分患者在耳石复位最后一步会出现剧烈眩晕、突然跌倒的情况，病人往往非常害怕。


有研究发现，13%的患者会出现突然跌倒的现象，发生时间不定，


可立即发生，也可延迟30分钟或更长时间发生，


这是由于耳石碎片通过总角进入椭圆囊，


使得内淋巴流动对囊斑造成刺激，引起前庭脊髓反射，类似于耳石危象。


因此，在复位后24~48小时以内禁止高空作业、开车等事件，


对于年老者，避免独自活动，防止跌倒。
