美国哈佛大学研究发现，

中青年每增加10斤体重，

中老年时糖尿病风险增加30%、

高血压风险增加14%、

心血管病风险增加8%、

肥胖相关癌症风险增加6%、

不吸烟者死亡率风险增加5%。

解放军总医院何耀等也曾观察了一个长达35年的人群体重变化。

结果发现，与体重维持在正常范围的人相比，

从正常增加至超重的人全因死亡风险增加42%。

如一直是超重状态，死亡风险增加80%。

研究还发现，体重指数每增加1个单位，

心血管病风险增加35%，

死亡风险增加9%。

不要认为中年发福就是正常的事儿，这其实是健康亮起了黄灯，需要警惕。
