中南大学湘雅二院口腔科副主任医师肖立伟解释，

上火的确会有引发口腔溃疡的可能。不过口腔溃疡不一定都是上火导致的。

肖立伟医生介绍，一些人饮食不均衡，或者经常熬夜身体疲劳、精神高度紧张，

导致免疫系统下降，身体易受到病毒的感染，也会引发口腔溃疡。


外创性刺激也是口腔溃疡的一个病因。老年人戴不合适的假牙，


或者口腔中有牙齿的残根、残冠，


这很容易在咬合时对口腔黏膜造成损害，导致口腔溃疡。

消化系统疾病及功能紊乱，微量元素及维生素B12缺乏，内分泌变化，

比如有些女性在月经前期易得口腔溃疡，都会增加患口腔溃疡的几率。

另外，口腔溃疡也可能是一些慢性病的并发症，如糖尿病、血液病等患者，


由于黏膜的营养供应不良，也容易出现口腔溃疡。


重庆市肿瘤医院消化内科主任医师陈伟庆介绍，


这两年口底癌患者日益增多，“但很多人对这个病很陌生。

它是口腔癌症的一种，与口腔上火的某些症状很像，

比如口腔出血、口腔溃疡、舌尖腐烂或喉咙肿痛等。”


假如溃疡、腐烂产生在舌头下方与下颌骨体部牙龈之间的半月形区域，


且基底较硬，有时疼痛，服药不能治好，就很有可能是口底癌。


此外，如果口腔内部出现白斑，或是呈现为崛起状、乳头状息肉，同样需要警惕。


北京中医药大学东直门医院口腔科主任医师黄颐玉表示，


绝大部分口腔溃疡一般7~10天可自愈，但部分口腔癌的癌前病变也可表现为溃疡。对


于位置固定且超过半个月无法自愈的溃疡则要高度警惕，及时到医院确诊。


医生提醒，平时注意提高免疫力，起居规律、坚持锻炼，


多吃果蔬补充维生素，少食刺激或太烫的食物。


如果是外创性口腔溃疡，应及时拔除牙齿残根、残冠等，


或更换不合适的假牙，以免损伤口腔黏膜。如果是上火引起的，


可以喝苦瓜豆腐汤、莲藕汤，有清热生津、清胃降火之功效，


而且所含的维生素具有促进溃疡面修复的功效。
