《中国居民营养与慢性病状况报告202》显示：
居民超重肥胖问题不断凸显，

我国18岁及以上居民男女性平均体重分别为69.6公斤和59公斤，

相比2015年，分别增加了3.4和1.7公斤。

18岁及以上成年居民超重或肥胖率超过50%；

6-17岁青少年的超重肥胖率达到了19%；

6岁以下儿童的超重肥胖率达到10.4%。
