五类人群不适合近视矫正手术

根据临床经验和手术要求，以下五类人群不适合接受近视矫正手术。

①年龄小于18周岁；

②近2年屈光度不稳定（每2年屈光度数变化超过100度）；

③眼部活动性炎症和感染、重度干眼；

④患有某些全身性疾病（如瘢痕体质、干燥综合征、系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎、多发性硬化、精神焦虑及抑郁等）；

⑤矫正视力极差的重度弱视者等。

这也是近视矫正手术需要在正规医疗机构进行严格术前检查的重要原因。
