疫情之下，如何有效做好自我防护？

北京市疾病预防控制中心副主任庞星火就疫情多点散发的情况下，如何有效做好自我防护回答记者提问。

庞星火表示，疫情呈多点散发，奥密克戎变异株和德尔塔变异株并存，做好个人防护是阻断疫情的有效手段。

在此提醒广大市民朋友，要尽量避免网购、代购境外及国内有病例报告地区的冷链食品。

如需购买，应到具备合法经营资质的正规市场或商超选购。

采购时要做好正确佩戴口罩、保持手卫生等个人防护，避免直接接触冷链食品。

预包装进口冷链食品建议对外包装进行更换或清洗消毒。

加工时要生熟分开，烧熟煮透，注意清洁双手，

避免用手触摸眼、口、鼻，注意厨房通风、清洁消毒。就餐提倡分餐制。

如有身体不适，及时按规定就医，不要自行购药服药。
