阅读提要：心脏神经官能症是全身神经官能症的一种，是由于神经功能失调导致心脏血管功能紊乱的一组症候群。

病人非常紧张，于是看书查资料，心肌炎、冠心病、心衰……


怎么看怎么觉得自己的症状很符合，越看越不敢看，


再听说身边一些突发心脏病的朋友或同事，有的人突然没了，有的放了支架搭了桥……


更是担心加害怕，认为自己就是心脏病。


可是到医院一检查，心电图、心肌酶、甲状腺功能、胸片、动态心电图、运动平板心电图、心脏彩超等等均没什么大事，


此时大夫会告诉你“没什么病，回家吧”，


但患者半信半疑，说：“我这么难受!又不是装的，怎么还说我没病呢?”


其实这些患者确实有病，不过这病不是常见的心脏病，而是心脏神经官能症。


心脏神经官能症是全身神经官能症的一种，是由于神经功能失调导致心脏血管功能紊乱的一组症候群。


其发生与长期压力大、精神紧张、熬夜、生活不规律、过度劳累、睡眠不佳、生气着急等有一定关系。


主要表现为心慌、胸闷、心前区痛、呼吸不畅、喜欢长出气，全身乏力


有时伴有易激动、失眠、多汗、颤抖、头晕头昏、腰腿酸痛等。


治疗心脏神经官能症，西医没有什么特异方法，


常给予谷维素、维生素B1等调节植物神经功能，效果也不太理想。


中医认为本病与劳心过度、肝气郁结、血脉不畅等有关，


结合不同病人的情况给予辨证论治，常常有较好的疗效，有一定优势，


因此有些西医大夫会建议病人服用中药调理。


但一般患者须坚持服用中药1~2个月才会有明显效果，汤药比中成药更对症一些。


同时，患者本人自己也要放轻松，避免过度紧张、焦虑、生气，保持生活规律，避


免熬夜及压力大等，这对于疾病的早日康复都很重要。
