诊断骨质疏松主要靠测量骨密度(BMD)，它是当前诊断骨质疏松的金标准。


双能X线骨密度测量仪(DEXA)是目前世界上公认的较好的测量骨量和骨密度的工具,


主要测量部位为腰椎、髋关节的骨密度，具有定位准确，


测量精度高，速度快等特点，能满足骨科检查中准确诊断的需要。

T值：你和健康年轻人骨密度差距有多大


谢慧文介绍，T值是一个相对的数值，临床上通常用T值来判断人体的骨密度是否正常，


其将检测者检测所得到的骨密度与30～35岁健康年轻人的骨密度作比较，


以得出高出(+)或低于(-)年轻人的标准差数。


一般来说，


-1﹤T值﹤1表示骨密度值正常;


-2.5﹤T值﹤-1表示骨量少、骨质流失;


T值﹤-2.5 表示骨质疏松症;


T值﹤-2.5并有脆性骨折病史表示重症骨质疏松。


Z值：你和同龄人的骨密度差距有多大


Z值也是一个相对的数值，其根据同年龄、同性别和同种族分组，将相应检测者的骨密度值与参考值作比较。


-2﹤Z值表示骨密度值在正常同龄人范围内;


Z值≤-2 表示骨密度低于正常同龄人。


而Z值正常并不代表受检者完全没有问题，


例如老年人Z值正常不能代表其发生骨质疏松性骨折的可能性很小，


因为同一年龄段的老年人随着骨量丢失，骨密度呈减少态势，


其骨骼的脆性也进一步增加，此时更需要参照T值来准确判断骨密度情况。


哪些人需要测骨密度?


(1)65岁以上的老年人;


(2)45岁以上中老年人特别是绝经期妇女;


(3)有脆性骨折史或者脆性骨折家族史的成年人;


(4)性激素水平低下的成年人;


(5)嗜烟嗜酒者。


以上都是罹患骨质疏松的高危人群，每6个月或一年进行一次骨密度检查是非常有必要的。


骨量减少和骨质疏松应如何应对?


如果你已经处于骨量减少的阶段，应该开始“亡羊补牢”了。


首先纠正不良的生活习惯，抽烟、酗酒、高盐饮食和过量喝咖啡、


浓茶、碳酸饮料等不健康习惯往往加速骨质的流失。


其次，多晒太阳多做运动，在饮食过程中选择富含钙和维生素D的食物，


如牛奶、绿色蔬菜、海鲜、鱼类和豆类等。


如果你已经确诊骨质疏松症，除了坚持健康的生活方式之外，


单纯地进行补钙并无多大意义，而是应该在医生的指导下选择合适的抗骨质疏松药物治疗。
