胁痛多见于胆囊炎、胆囊结石、肋间神经痛等疾病，

亦是在临床上比较常见的一种病症，

主要表现是有一侧或者两侧的胁肋部疼痛感。

随着现代人工作和生活压力的增大，

很多人常常出现情志不舒等不良情绪，

这些不良情绪导致肝失疏泄，疏泄失职则气机不畅，不通则痛，

又因为两胁部属于肝经的走形，故常常出现两胁部疼痛。


目前人们生活中摄入的高油、高脂饮食较多，

造成机体脾胃受损，水湿运化失司，导致痰湿内生，

痰湿壅盛又阻碍肝的疏泄，近而又会加重胁肋部疼痛。



因此，大多数中医学者认为胁痛这种病症的发生是因为肝失疏泄、脾失健运导致的，

在进行干预的过程当中，应该以疏肝理气、健脾祛湿为法。

平时生活中可以尝试饮用“双皮饮”。

双皮饮

方法：青皮10g、陈皮10g(年龄大于60岁的人群可以选青皮6g、陈皮10g)。

二者混合后开水冲泡30分钟后即可饮用，

觉得味苦的人群可以适当加入冰糖缓解苦味，

每次冲泡至味道淡后可以更换。

每日可更换2-3次。


由于胁痛患者常常伴有情志不舒和饮食不节等情况，

因此，在平时生活中还应注意以下两点:

首先就是心情放松，避免紧张、焦虑等不良情绪。
