新研究:色盲色弱祸首或是吸烟！

美国罗格斯大学的研究人员在《精神病学研究》杂志上发表研究报告称，

吸烟不仅会影响心血管系统，还会损害视力，

每天吸烟超过20支，吸烟者辨别色差和对比度的能力会明显降低。

研究人员对志愿者辨别对比度(阴影的细微差别)和颜色的能力进行了测试。

他们发现，与非吸烟者相比，这些过量吸烟者辨别对比度和颜色的能力明显降低，

他们或多或少都有色盲或色弱的症状表现，其红绿色和蓝黄色视觉存在缺陷。

研究人员指出，过去有研究显示，

长期吸烟会导致与年龄相关性黄斑变性的风险成倍增加，

而他们的新研究则表明，

过量吸烟或长期接触烟草中有害化合物还会严重影响吸烟者辨别颜色和对比度的能力，

可能导致其整体色觉丧失，吸烟对视力的全面危害不容忽视。
