新华社东京2月15日电（记者华义）据日本广播协会电视台统计，

日本15日截至21时10分(北京时间20时10分)

新增新冠确诊病例84220例，累计确诊超400万例，达4071289例；

新增死亡病例236例，创疫情以来新高，累计死亡20772例。

日本累计确诊病例1月20日超过200万例，

2月3日超过300万例，15日超过400万例，

不到1个月累计确诊病例数翻番。

另据日本文部科学省统计，今年1月，日本全国有近10万名儿童感染新冠。

虽然近来日本每天新增确诊病例数万例，但这并不能反映真实的感染情况。

日本只主动对出现明显发热症状者以及确诊病例的密切接触者进行核酸检测，而不采取大规模筛查。

不过，2021年年底以来，面对奥密克戎变异毒株的传播，

日本也开始为担心自己感染的人提供免费检测服务。

目前，日本47个都道府县中有35个实施力度小于紧急状态的“重点措施”，还没有一个地区宣布紧急状态。

“重点措施”内容仅包括缩短餐饮店营业时间、限制提供酒类等，在其他方面对社会生活的影响较小。

因为紧急状态对社会生活有多方面限制，将拖累日本经济，因此日本政府极力避免宣布紧急状态。

日本当前原则上禁止外国人新入境，这种严格的入境防疫政策2月底将到期。

由于该政策已严重影响到日本的留学产业以及其他需要劳动力的产业，

因此呼吁允许外国人入境的声音也逐渐增多。

日本首相岸田文雄12日表示，将研究放宽外国人入境限制。

内阁官房长官松野博一15日也表示将尽早出台放宽入境限制的方针。
