FAIRFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio 鈥?An Ohio family was sleeping peacefully early Tuesday morning, completely unaware their house was on fire, until a stranger knocked on their door. That stranger, they said, saved their lives.Hailey Strong said she saw smoke in the sky on her way home. When she decided to drive by, she realized a house was on fire. I just happened to glance over here and see it,  Strong said.  Against the black sky, I was surprised I even saw it. I m a heavy sleeper,  father Josh Ellis said.  When you got 11 kids, you got to get some sleep. Finally, they all piled out of the home. I saw the mom come out with a baby on her hip and two kids in her arms,  Strong said.  The dad was piling kids out. Their home was destroyed, but the fire brought them one more family member. We re indebted to her,  Ellis said.  It s kind of cliche to say somebody saved your life, but she really did. Strong reunited with the Ellises Wednesday, the family letting her know stanley flask  she s invited to every event from now on. Two Baton Rouge firefighters dove right into the dangerous water on Thursday morning to rescue a motorist trapped in her car. We were just doing what any firefighter would do,  the pair said in a statement.                            CNN affiliate WBRZ                         captured the dramatic moment on camera in Baton Rouge, Louisiana s capital city..The firefighters were in the area rescuing another motorist when they noticed a car trying to cross the high floodwater, Baton Rouge Fire Department s Public Information Officer Curt Monte told CNN.The area is n stanley usa ear a railroad underpass and stanley cup website  the current quickly swept the car away with the woman trapped inside.One firefighter jumped into the moving water and swam to the car to help. Moments later, a second firefighter jumped in and joined his partner as they pulled the woman out to safety.Severe weather in the area has caused at least one death, according to Baton Rouge Mayor Sharon Weston Broome. Police said a driver went underwater after trying to leave his car, and was pronounced dead at th stanley mug e hospital.Several streets are closed because of flooding and the rain isn t over yet. Baton Rouge has seen 3.68 inches of rain so far with several active flash flood warnings in effect,  CNN s weather team said.  The heaviest rain is slowly moving east, but there could still be a few spotty showers for the rest of the day.
