A Central Square Central School District bus and a passenger vehicle were involved in an accident this morning  Dec. 10  in front of A.A. Cole Elementary School.The accident happened at 9:07 a.m. on Route 49. The 46 students on board at the time of the accident were all evaluated by medical personnel, and three students were transported to the hospital in an abundance of caution.The driver of the passenger vehicle was extricated from the car and taken to the hospital for treatment.At the time of the accident, roads were dry and clear.According to Central Square Central School District Superintendent Joseph Menard, the response from school dis stanley website trict personnel and emergency crews was fantastic. Under the leadership of A.A. Cole Elementary Principal Mike Smolnik, Brewerton Elementary Principal Erin Phillips, Transportation Supervisor Jim Edick and Director of Facilities Paul Bri stanley cups ssette, the staff at A.A.
